Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad (“KPPROP” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the shareholders of KPPROP have at its Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting (“28th AGM”) held on 9 September 2021 approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 28th AGM dated 9 August 2021.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
