Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad (“KPPROP”) wishes to announce that KPP Development Sdn Bhd (“KPPDSB”) (Formerly known as GSB Summit Development Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPPROP, has on 1 April 2021 held its Extraordinary General Meeting on which it was resolved that KPPDSB be wound up voluntarily and Mr Choong Siew Kay be appointed as Liquidator of KPPDSB.

KPPDSB was incorporated on 26 January 1998 and its principal activity was property development. KPPDSB has ceased its business operation and is currently inactive.

The voluntary liquidation of KPPDSB is not expected to have material effect on the earnings and net assets of the KPPROP Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2021.

None of the directors or major shareholders of KPPROP or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidation.
