The Board of Directors of KPPROP wishes to announce that Summit CD (M) Sdn Bhd (“SCDM”) (formerly known as GSB Summit CD (M) Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPPROP, had on 30 October 2020 decided to cease its business operations in manufacturing and replication of optical discs (the “Cessation”). Pursuant to Paragraph 1.01 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SCDM is not a major subsidiary of KPPROP.
