Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 20 May 2025 and 26 May 2025, respectively.

The Board of Directors of Key Alliance Group Berhad (“KAG” or “the Company”) wishes to further clarify on the following:

1. There are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal which remain with KAG or GE Green Sdn. Bhd. (“GESB”); and
2. There are no guarantees given by KAG or GESB to Eaglesview Group Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
