We refer to the announcement dated 19 October 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board, after due and careful consideration, has decided to abort the Proposals and withdraw its applications in relation to the Proposals which was submitted to Bursa Securities on 19 October 2023. The Board may consider other corporate exercises to enhance shareholders’ value including alternative methods of fund raising to meet its funding requirement. The Board will make the necessary announcement(s) in accordance with the Listing Requirements (if required). This announcement is dated 29 October 2024. |
