Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 March 2021, 17 March 2021, 28 April 2021, 1 September 2021, 2 September 2021, 7 October 2021 and 27 October 2021 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 5 April 2022 resolved to fix the issue price for the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement at RM0.0087 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.0087 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 19.44% to the 5-day VWAP of KAG Shares up to and including 4 April 2022, being the last traded day of KAG Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.0108 per KAG Share.
