We refer to the earlier announcements dated 11 March 2021, 17 March 2021, 28 April 2021, 1 September 2021, 2 September 2021 and 7 October 2021 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 26 October 2021, resolved to approve KAG an extension of time of 6 months from 28 October 2021 until 27 April 2022 to complete the Proposed Private Placement.
