The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" or "KPGB" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 14 September 2026 received and accepted a letter of award dated 11 September 2026 from Persada Mentari Sdn. Bhd. ("PMSB") for the execution and completion of piling and substructure works for a proposed affordable apartment development at Bandar Tanjung Pinang, Pulau Andaman, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Seven Million Eight Hundred and Twenty Thousand Only (RM37,820,000).

PMSB is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Berhad, a company which certain Directors and major shareholders of the Company have direct and indirect interests.
