(Reference is made to the announcements dated 22 August 2024, 26 August 2024, 11 October 2024, 13 May 2025 and 21 October 2025 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed at the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam against Apple 99 Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yong Tai Berhad by Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd ("KPM") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Kerjaya" or "Company") ("Apple 99 Suit") ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board of Directors of Kerjaya wishes to announce the following progress update and adjudication decision under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 ("CIPAA Act") dated 9 May 2025 ("Adjudication Decision") in relation to the Apple 99 Suit.

On 8 September 2026, the Court of Appeal of Malaysia delivered its decision in respect of the Adjudication Decision and declined to allow the appeals and accordingly both appeals were dismissed, with costs of RM20,000.00 to be paid by KPM to Apple 99 in respect of each appeal.

The Apple 99 Suit is not affected and the trial of the suit, which has been fixed for 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21 December 2026, will proceed as scheduled.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
