(Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 June 2026 in relation to the acquisition of the remaining 40% equity interest in Tanjung Bungah Development Sdn. Bhd. by Kerjaya Prospek Ventures Sdn. Bhd. from Aspen Vision Tanjung Sdn. Bhd. and the termination of the Joint Venture Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.)

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that, as all applicable Conditions Precedent have been fulfilled, the SSA has become unconditional and the Acquisition is deemed completed today pursuant to the terms of the SSA.
