The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" or "KPGB" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 19 May 2026 accepted a letter of award dated 12 May 2026, which KPM received on 18 May 2026 from RB Land Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary company of IJM Land Berhad in respect of the construction and completion of a main building and external works at PT 1484 (HSD 263710), Mukim Bandar Seremban Utama, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Seventy-Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Only (RM174,200,000).
