Pursuant to Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of KPGB wishes to announce the following financial assistance rendered for the fourth quarter from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Permatang Bakti Sdn. Bhd. (“PBSB”), a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business:-

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of KPGB and its subsidiaries for the period ended 31 December 2025.
