(Reference is made to the announcements dated 1 July 2025 and 4 July 2025 in relation to the entry into a conditional Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) and a conditional Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (“SSHA”) by Kerjaya Prospek Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“KPV”) with Aspen Vision Tanjung Sdn. Bhd. (“AVT”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that additional time is required to facilitate the registration of the titles of the Land to the SPV. Accordingly, the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the Unconditional Date to 28 February 2026.

Save for the above, all other terms of the JVA and SSHA shall remain in full force and effect.

The Company will make further announcement(s) to keep shareholders and potential investors informed, as and when there are further updates pertaining to the above matter, or, if there are any material developments.
