The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 12 December 2025 received and accepted a letter of award dated 11 December 2025 from Majestic Gen Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the execution and completion of a building contract at PTB 24999 (formerly Lot 2907), Jalan Lepas, Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Twenty Five Million Only (RM225,000,000).
