The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 12 November 2025 received and accepted a letter of award dated 11 November 2025 from Jabatan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang (“JKMPP”) in respect of the construction of steel roof structures including hawker center at Jalan Gurney, Pulau Pinang for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Six Million and Four Hundred Thousand Only (RM56,400,000).
