The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 5 November 2025 received and accepted a letter of award dated 5 November 2025 from Eastern & Oriental Express Sdn. Bhd. (“E&OE”) in respect of the execution and completion of a building contract at PT 52005, Persiaran Ficus, Elmina, Seksyen U15, 47000 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Eighty Seven Million Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Only (RM87,660,000). 

E&OE is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Berhad, a company which certain Directors and major shareholders of the Company have direct and indirect interests.
