(Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 August 2024, 26 August 2024, 11 October 2024 and 13 May 2025 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed at the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam against Apple 99 Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yong Tai Berhad by Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd (“KPM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad ("Kerjaya" or "Company") (“Apple 99 Suit”) (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board of Directors of Kerjaya wishes to announce the following progress update and adjudication decision under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA Act”) dated 9 May 2025 (“Adjudication Decision”) in relation to the Apple 99 Suit.

On 17 October 2025, the High Court of Malaysia at Shah Alam (“Shah Alam High Court”) delivered the following decision:

i) Allowed Apple 99’s application to set aside the Adjudication Decision dated 9 May 2025 pursuant to Sections 15(1)(b) and (d) of the CIPAA Act, with costs of RM15,000 payable by KPM (“Application to Set Aside CIPAA Decision”); and

ii) Dismissed KPM’s application to enforce the Adjudication Decision dated 5 May 2025, with costs of RM5,000 payable by KPM (“Application to Enforce CIPAA Decision”).

KPM has filed its notice of appeal against the aforementioned Shah Alam High Court Order on 21 October 2025. The specific grounds for the appeal will be updated upon receipt of the written judgment from the Shah Alam High Court.

The Apple 99 Suit is not affected and the next Case Management is fixed on 15 January 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
