The Board of Directors of the Company and together with its subsidiaries wishes to announce that Senandung Raya Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futuprop Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 1 July 2025, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Sunrise Bright City Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under Geran Mukim 1601, Lot 478, located at Tempat 9th Mile Kuchai Road, Mukim Petaling, District of Kuala Lumpur, State of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, measuring approximately 1.5681 hectares (equivalent to approximately 168,788.88 square feet) for a purchase price of RM59,076,107.64, to be satisfied entirely in cash, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
