(Reference is made to the announcement dated 11 November 2024 and 16 January 2025 in relation to the entry into HOA by Rivanis Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary company of KPGB with Perbadanan Aset Keretapi (Railway Assets Corporation) (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.) Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that RVSB and RAC have on 10 March 2025 mutually agreed to extend the Agreement Period to execute the Definitive Agreement until 25 March 2025, to allow more time for the parties to finalise the terms of the Definitive Agreement. Save for the above, all other terms and conditions as stipulated in the HOA shall remain in full force and effect. The Company will make further announcement(s) to keep shareholders and potential investors informed, as and when there are further updates pertaining to the above matter, or, if there are any material developments. This announcement is dated 10 March 2025. |
