The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the “Company” or "KPGB” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 10 March 2025 received and accepted a letter of award dated 10 March 2025 from Persada Mentari Sdn. Bhd. (“PMSB”), in respect of the execution and completion of a piling and earthworks contract for the proposed service apartment at Bandar Tanjung Pinang, Pulau Andaman, Daerah Timur Laut, Pulau Pinang for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty One Million Thirty Thousand Only (RM51,030,000). 

PMSB is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Berhad, a company which certain Directors and major shareholders of the Company have direct and indirect interests.
