Reference is made to the announcements made by the Company on 6 November 2023,1 April 2024, 29 May 2024, 29 August 2024, 27 November 2024, 26 February 2025, 29 May 2025, 29 August 2025 and 27 November 2025 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding between Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Sungai Klang Link Sdn. Bhd. (“the MOU”). The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the parties had mutually agreed to extend the MOU to 5 February 2027 by way of letter of confirmation of extension dated 4 February 2026. Save for the extension, all other terms and conditions contained in the MOU remain unchanged. The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments of the above matter as and when necessary. This announcement is dated 6 February 2026.
