The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd., had on 28 January 2026, received a Letter of Award dated 20 January 2026 from Al-Ambia Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the sub-contract for earthwork, bored piling work, pile cap and reinforced concrete retaining wall for the proposed development of a single block of 18-storey free cost apartments comprising 306 units, together with car parking facility, rooftop garden, facilities floors and utility spaces, located at Lot PT 18775, Kemensah, Mukim Hulu Kelang, Daerah Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM24,001,415.70.
