The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd., had on 12 December 2025, received a Letter of Award dated 27 November 2025 from Laser Tower Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the piling and sub-structure works for the revised proposal of a 46-storey (Plot 2) condominium development, comprising Block A: 45-storey condominium with 247 units and Block B: 45-storey condominium with 248 units, together with facility floors and eight (8) levels of basement at New Lot PT 50389 (formerly Lot 2363 and Lot 2364), Jalan Kiara 7, Mukim Batu, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MK31 Plot 2) for a contract sum of RM66,344,156.65.
