The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd., had on 2 September 2024, received a Letter of Award dated 30 August 2024 from Thens Architect for and on behalf of Platinum Victory Property Sdn. Bhd. to undertake Package 1: the demolition, substructure and basement works for a proposed block of 55-storey development comprising office (223 units), hotel (329 units) and SOHO (245 units) with five (5) levels of basement carpark at Lot 20003, Seksyen 44, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur for a total contract sum of RM71,188,000.00.
