On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the additional listing application for the listing of and quotation for the Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement and the draft circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals have been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 September 2023.
