Reference  is made to the Company’s announcements made on 18 March 2020, 22 July 2020, 30 March 2021, 24 June 2022, 26 November 2024 and 21 February 2025 (“Announcements”) in respect of the Investigate Working Group on the investigation of Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadzlah; and Writ of Summons filed by Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadzlah against the Company. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the case management conducted on 4 March 2026, the following matters occurred:

1.The matter had been transferred to another learned Judicial Commissioner (“Learned JC”) following the passing of the previous Learned JC earlier this year.

2.In view of the fact that the matter was filed in 2020, the Learned JC directed that the matter to be heard or tried in priority basis. As such, the Court made the following directions:-

a. the matter will be called up for trial on 2 July 2026, 3 July 2026 and 28 July 2026 before the Learned Judge at the High Court in Kuala Lumpur; and

b. the parties are to file an Amended Issues to be Tried on or before 4 April 2026; and

c. the matter will be called up for case management on 9 April 2026 before the Learned JC via Zoom.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments in respect of the above matter.
