The Board of Directors of Zen Tech wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 February 2026 offered 623,879,694 ESOS Options at an exercise price of RM0.009 per option granted pursuant to ESOS By-Laws (“ESOS Options”). The 623,879,694 ESOS Options remain unexercised up to 3 March 2026 is hereby cancelled upon mutual agreement with the respective Directors of the Company who had being offered for the ESOS Options.
