- ORIGINATING SUMMONS AND AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT SERVED BY YANG XIAOWEN IN THE KUALA LUMPUR HIGH COURT BEARING SUIT NUMBER: WA-24NCC-597-10/2025

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 23 October 2025 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that further to the case management conducted on 14 November 2025, the Court has instructed that:

 

  1. Zen Tech to file its affidavit in reply on or before 21 November 2025;
  2. The Plaintiff is to file his affidavit in reply on 13 December 2025;
  3. Written submissions are to be filed on 5 January 2026; and
  4. Written submissions in reply are to be filed on 19 January 2026.

 

The hearing is fixed before the Judge on 29 January 2026.

 

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
