1. The expected financial and operational impact to the group arising from the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claims. There is no financial and operational impact to the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group") .
2. The estimated potential liability to Zen Tech International Berhad group, arising from the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claims. There is no potential liability other than the legal cost.
