Further to the Company’s announcement made on 6 May 2025 relating to the change of its financial year end from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2025.
The Board of Directors of Zen Tech wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 May 2025 submitted an application to Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an extension of time up to 30 June 2026 to hold its Twentieth AGM pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 (“the Application”).
Further announcement in relation to the outcome of the Application will be announced in due course.
