On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the second tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0100 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents the 5-day VWAP of ZTIB Shares up to and including 7 October 2024 (being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date) of RM0.0100 each.
