Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 7 June 2024 wherein TA Securities had on behalf of the Board, announced that the Company submitted an application to seek the consideration and approval of Bursa Securities for an extension of time for ZTIB to implement and complete the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that ZTIB had obtained the approval of Bursa Securities vide its letter dated 24 June 2024, for an extension of time of 6 months from 22 June 2024 up to 21 December 2024 for the Company to complete the Private Placement.
