Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 4 December 2023, 15 December 2023, 21 December 2023, 22 December 2023 and 28 February 2024.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that ZTIB had on even date submitted an application to seek Bursa Securities’ approval for an extension of time of 6 months from 22 June 2024 up to 21 December 2024 for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
