On behalf of the Board of Directors of Zantat, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Special Issue Shares at RM0.335 per Special Issue Share to be issued pursuant to the Special Issue.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.335 per Special Issue Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0008 or 0.24% from the five (5)-day weighted average market price of Zantat Shares from 9 January 2025 to 15 January 2025 of approximately RM0.3358 per Share.
