The Board of Directors of Zantat Holdings Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting:
(i) Proposed Shareholders' Ratification for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (ii) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
