We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 March 2021, 30 March 2021, 14 April 2021, 20 April 2021, 7 May 2021, 2 June 2021, 5 October 2021 and 13 October 2021 in relation to the Proposals. UOBKH wishes to announce that the timeframe to implement the Proposals has lapsed on 19 April 2022. The Company does not intend to seek for any further extension of time for the implementation of the Proposals.
