The Board of Directors of Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad ("Company') has approved the change in financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June.
The current audited financial statements shall be for a period of 18 moths from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2020.
The reason for the change is to avoid the peak congestion period for December and to enable the Company to better coordinate and finalise its year-end financial reporting. |
