We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. The Board of Directors of Vivocom wishes to inform that it has been mutually agreed for RHB Investment Bank Berhad to resign as the Adviser and Placement Agent in relation to the Private Placement. Further thereto, Vivocom has appointed UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd as the Adviser and Placement Agent for the Private Placement.
