The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. We refer to our earlier announcements dated 2 October 2014, 30 October 2014, 18 November 2014 and 7 January 2015. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Instacom, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to the fixing of the exercise price of the Warrants C by the Company at RM0.13 each in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants, no adjustments to the exercise price and/ or subscription rights of the outstanding Warrants B held by each holder of the Warrants B is required in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll B.
