The Board of Directors of Uzma Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company’s Auditors, Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT, have decided not to seek re-appointment at the 18th Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2025. Hence, Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT retired as the Auditors of the Company at the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company.  

The Board of Directors will make further announcement on the appointment of new Auditors in due course.
