Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 September 2024, 30 September 2024, 11 October 2024 and 13 November 2024, the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 29 October 2024 in relation to the Proposed DRS and Proposed Bonus Issue (collectively “Proposals”), as well as the notice of election and DRS statement dated 2 December 2024 (collectively “Documents”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Documents in respect of the Proposals shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by the Share Registrar of the Company, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, Uzma will be issuing 4,211,967 New Shares pursuant to the DRS.
The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 36.16% of 11,647,677 New Shares, being the total number of New Shares that would have been issued had all the entitled shareholders of Uzma elected to reinvest their respective Electable Portion into New Shares.
