Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 28 January 2025 and 14 July 2026. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the below Case:

Kuching Suit No. 22NCvC-43-11/2023 (HC 3)

TR Mini Anak Ringkai & 8 Others v Simunjan, LCDA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. & Mohd Najib bin Arbi @ Nigel Anak Abi

The trial which was fixed from 14 September 2026 until 18 September 2026 was postponed to 26 October 2026 until 29 October 2026. At the said trial, the examination and cross examination of witnesses continued.

The Court had set the next trial date from 22 March 2027 until 25 March 2027.
