Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 28 January 2025. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to provide the following updates on the court proceedings in relation to the below Case:

Kuching Suit No. 22NCvC-43-11/2023 (HC 3)

TR Mini Anak Ringkai & 8 Others v Simunjan, LCDA Holdings Sdn. Bhd. & Mohd Najib bin Arbi @ Nigel Anak Abi

The trial has been fixed on 14 September to 18 September 2026 and 26 October to 30 October 2026.

The Company will make further announcements, if any, on the material developments of the Case in due course.
