We refer to our announcements made on 18 July 2025, 26 August 2025 and 29 August 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has evaluated the Letter of Appeal from Mohamed Zainurin bin Mohamed Zain (“Zainurin”) in respect of the termination of his contract.
After due process and deliberation, the Company has decided not to accept the appeal submitted by Zainurin. A letter to that effect has been sent to him today.
