The Board of Directors of TCB wishes to announce that its 60% owned subsidiary, Air Kedah Sdn. Bhd. (580916-M) (“AKSB”) had on 16 August 2016 submitted to Companies Commission of Malaysia, an application to strike-off under Section 308 of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Striking-off”) as AKSB has not commenced business since 2013 and has no intention to continue its business in the future.
The Striking-off does not have any material impact on the earnings per share, net assets or gearing of TCB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016.
