We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 24th June 2011 and wish to furnish the following additional information in relation to the above matter for public release:
The date on which the Civil Suit was served on Puresino Guanghan
    There was a typo error in the summons that was served at Puresino Guanghan’s office in China on 15th June 2011. The said summons was issued to Beijing Puresino-BODA Environmental Technologies Co., Ltd instead of Puresino Guanghan. Subsequent to that, the Court rectified the error and had on 17th June 2011 couriered the revised summons to Puresino Guanghan’s office. The revised summons, in the Mandarin language, was only received by the Company at its head office in Kuala Lumpur on 20th June 2011.
