Further to the announcement made by the Company on 31st March 2011 in relation to the above matter, we wish to update the Exchange that at this point of time, we are unable to quantify the expected losses from the civil suit as the expected losses will depend on the counter-claim if and when filed and the Court’s decision in relation to the same eventually.
