Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 28 October 2024 in relation to the resignation of the external auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of SWS Capital Berhad (“SWSCAP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 November 2024 received the consent to act as auditors of the Company from Messrs. Morison LC PLT via their letter dated 18 November 2024. Accordingly, Messrs. Morison LC PLT has been appointed as the external auditors of the Company with effect from 18 November 2024.
