	            Working experience and occupation 
	            
Mr Derek Teh Wan Wei was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager of Sunway REIT with effect from 1 December 2025.

Mr Derek Teh currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Malaysian REIT Managers Association. He brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for Sunway REIT, he was the CEO of Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the Manager for Sentral REIT. Previously, he held senior positions across several organisations including Vice President, Properties at Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, where he provided leadership and oversight for the development of various commercial, residential, and mixed development projects. He also served at CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn Bhd, where he led investment, fund management, development management and asset management functions for a portfolio of real estate assets, culminating in his role as Chief Investment Officer.
