Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 16 March 2023, 20 March 2023, 27 April 2023, 15 June 2023, 19 September 2023, 20 November 2023, 8 March 2024 and 18 April 2024 ("Announcements"), and the circular to the unitholders of Sunway REIT dated 31 May 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Acquisition shall apply herein.
We refer to the Announcements and the Circular in relation to the Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Acquisition has been completed today (based on the terms and conditions of the SPA).
In addition, the Novation Agreements entered into between the Vendor, the Trustee and the Lessee are effective today.
